What can I expect from my visit to Dalí Cybernetics Porto?

Take an impressive journey into the unparalleled universe of Salvador Dalí, theartistic genius behind a myriad of surrealist masterpieces. An immersive andinnovative experience based on parallel universes, quantum physics, the fourthdimension, sacred geometry, and DNA sequencing, as represented by Dalí in hisworks. Large-scale projections, interactive installations, and virtual reality offer animmersive journey through the artist's mind and his poetic and dreamlike universe.Experience Dalí's works like never before!

The exhibition is held indoors

Can I eat, drink or smoke inside the exhibit?

What is the age requirement to visit the exhibition?

All ages are welcome and children under the age of 3 enter for free.

Should I arrive by the start time on my ticket?

Yes, you should arrive with enough time to start the tour at the time you selectedwhen purchasing tickets.

What happens if I arrive late?

Each ticket has a 10-minute tolerance. If you exceed this time, you will have toreschedule the visit for another session, depending on availability.

What types and prices of tickets are available?

There are 4 types of tickets on sale:

Regular Ticket
Family Ticket (2 adults + 1 to 3 children)
Reduced Ticket*
Reduced Mobility Ticket
*Valid for residents of the Municipality of Lisbon, children aged 4 to 17, students andseniors (65+)Admission is free for children under the age of 3.Prices vary between weekdays and weekends.

What is the exchange/refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. The terms and conditions for non-refundabletickets are agreed upon prior to purchase. In special circumstances, we can helpyou reschedule your ticket for another date and session that is not yet sold out.For more information, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your tickets can be scanned digitally in the Fever App. Just present the QRCode that appears on your ticket at the entrance of the event.

Is there a group discount?

There is a special price for families.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Can I take pictures and/or video during the visit?

Yes, but without flash and with the screen brightness reduced to a minimum soas not to disturb the rest of the public. And of course, you can share it on socialmedia. Tag our Facebook page @immersivus and Instagram @immersivus usingthe hashtag #immersivusgallery.
